MORE ABOUT US

Cecile Lucot is a yogi who has fallen in love with the islands since childhood. Trained as a journalist, she was introduced to sailing by her parents who spent their holidays sailing with their family. She discovered yoga in 1995 when she arrived in St.Barths. This first course at the age of 23 was as much a revelation for her body, which had finally found a suitable practice as for her mind which had become clear and calm. A deep sense of well-being, felt for the first time, incites her to a regular practice and in 2008 becoming hatha yoga teacher of the Sivananda International Yoga Vedanta Academy. Her quest for the meaning of life calls her to train in holistic therapies. She gives Aum-Ka-Ra energy balance treatment and she is also a therapist Atma Janzu, a holistic aquatic treatment. She also teaches the sacred science of yoga to children by training in the fun techniques of the Karma Kids Yoga School in New York. Teacher but still a student, she nourishes her practice with Iyengar yoga which allows her to deepen the technicality of postures and yogatherapy. After 21 years in St.Barths, she moved to Arcachon, in the South West of France, where she created her studio Shanti Yoga. She regularly offers retreats in inspiring places to reconnect with the elements and our true nature. In a few moons, they will be back in the Caribbean to share their knowledge between Guadeloupe, Sint Marteen and St.Barths. Her teaching expresses the holistic dimension of yoga through which body and mind are subtly united.

Véronique Delphine followed an atypical path led by a search for meaning and truth. It is by wanting to understand the links between food, health (and diseases) that she follows first the teaching of the naturopath and pioneer of the living food in France, Irene Grosjean 10 years ago. Conquered by the impressive teaching, she continues to learn by following the theoretical and practical training of the « Living Food Lifestyle » at the Ann Wigmore Institute in the United States, a holistic program about how to manage your vital energy. From there, she reinvents her home cooking business, creating a nomadic juice bar. Véronique is working today between the Balearic Islands and France, offering workshops and her superfood plant based cuisine during holistic detox retreats focused on well-being, always in connection with nature, its inspiration and source of joy. In 2021, she trained to become a Breathwork facilitator. She now includes the breath as another tool of empowerment and self-growth.
